£99 one-off setup fee + £39.99 per property per month. Building and previewing your guide is free — you pay when you subscribe a property to publish it.

One-off setup fee

£99per property, charged once

What it covers

  • Setting up the property on GuestsGuide, with its own private guest link
  • The guided editor: check-in, Wi-Fi, house rules, home instructions, local tips, emergency and checkout
  • Up to 10 property photos, optimised for guests' phones
  • A QR code and printable A4 QR sign for the property

You build the guide yourself with our editor. The setup fee isn't charged again for the same property — not on renewals, card changes or if you resubscribe later.

Monthly subscription

£39.99per property per month

  • The property's guide kept online for guests, on any phone
  • Edit and republish whenever your details change
  • Guest link, QR code download and sign printing
  • Email support from the GuestsGuide team

The monthly price doesn't include the setup fee. Cancel any time; your guide stays online until the end of the month you've paid for.

Your first payment for each property

£99.00 setup fee + £39.99 first month = £138.99, then £39.99 a month.
