6. Your content and responsibilities
- You're responsible for the information, photos and links you put into your guides, and for keeping them accurate and up to date — especially safety and emergency information, arrival instructions and house rules.
- Your content must be lawful. You must own it or have permission to use it, including photos taken by others and personal information about anyone other than you (for example a co-host's phone number).
- Remember that a published guide can be opened by anyone with its link or QR code. Don't include information you wouldn't want a guest or anyone they share it with to see.
- You're responsible for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to letting your property.
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, resize, format and display it only as needed to run GuestsGuide for you — for example to show your draft to you and your published guide to guests. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons.
